Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional team. We offer full benefits for eligible employees, including FREE telehealth and mental health services. Positions are available across all shifts.

The RN will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure the highest standards of quality care. A current state license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing assistants and direct day-to-day functions.
• Maintain patient records and chart care provided.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed by staff.
