Job summary

Scott Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lakeland, FL is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a compassionate, resident-focused team. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing and updating care plans, and supervising other staff. Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required.

Walk-in interviews are Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. We offer daily pay, health and dental insurance, PTO, a 401(k), flexible scheduling, and telemedicine access for employees

Qualifications

Graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Healthcare experience in medical/surgical, acute, or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care for residents.
Deliver nursing care per care plans.
Direct and supervise nursing staff and maintain documentation.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate.
Maintain professional conduct and comply with policies.
Work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
