Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure nursing care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Formulate nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
• Collaborate with residents and the healthcare team.
• Document medication administration.
• Supervise assigned staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Adhere to procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
