Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee resident care and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff. The RN will develop care plans, perform nursing diagnoses, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborates with resident and healthcare team members.
• Records administration of medication.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and facility procedures are followed.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
