Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive resident care in a clean, safe environment. You will develop and implement nursing care plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has experience in SNF/LTC settings, and can work flexible hours. You will diagnose nursing conditions, document medication administration, and uphold state and federal regulations and safety

Qualifications

Active RN license required.
Experience as RN in a nursing community.
Desire to care for residents with integrity.
Ability to work flexible hours.
SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure resident care in a clean, safe environment.
Develop and implement nursing care plans; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
Collaborate with residents and healthcare team.
Record administration of medication.
Monitor staff to follow safety regulations and procedures.
Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
Perform other duties as directed.
