Job summary

Exton Post Acute is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. You will work under licensed nursing staff to assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and report changes promptly while maintaining a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
