Job summary

Edenbrook Rochester West, part of Eden Senior Care Network, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate direct and indirect patient care, assess and plan using the nursing process, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support residents.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in Minnesota or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician, supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, transfer or discharge.
