Job summary

IHA is seeking a Registered Nurse for MercyOne Centerville Medical Center to provide comprehensive nursing care focused on patient safety and well-being. Current Iowa RN license and BLS are required, with training for dependent adult reporting and license renewal maintained.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, execution of care plans, and collaboration with physicians and the care team within a rural community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Iowa.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Dependent Adult Mandatory Reporter training with 30 days upon hire and recertification every 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, interventions, evaluation.
• Executes physician orders within nursing practice guidelines.
• Provide leadership in supervision of others in nursing process.
