Rocky Mountain Care Hospice in Murray, Utah seeks an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the Salt Lake City area. You will perform skilled visits, assessments, and comfort-focused care for individuals at the end of life.

Qualifications

• Active Utah RN license.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong judgment and compassionate bedside manner.
• Able to work independently within interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Complete hospice nursing visits and patient assessments.
• Provide skilled nursing and comfort-focused care.
• Monitor changes in condition and respond to patient needs.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Make independent clinical decisions within your scope of practice.
