Job summary
Elite Home Health is seeking compassionate Licensed Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team serving the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities include skilled nursing care at patients' homes, assessments, medication administration, wound and symptom management, and patient education. Travel within the service area is required; CPR/BLS and a Texas RN license are essential.
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license (unrestricted).
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as per plan of care.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Provide wound care, pain and symptom management.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and safety.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation per regulations.
- Participate in care coordination meetings.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
