Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights; 8- & 12-hour shifts available.
• Competitive RN pay with differential when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate residents' daily care needs.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to care team and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the Medical Director and team.
• Guide and support nursing assistants and caregiving staff.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes promptly.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment focused on dignity and quality of life.
