Job summary

Lorien Harmony Hall in Columbia, Maryland, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our award-winning team. This role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN schedules with a pay rate of $31.00 - $44.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and education support.

You will oversee residents' daily care, communicate changes in conditions with families, collaborate with the Medical Director on care plans, and mentor nursing assistants to uphold exceptional quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds.
• Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN hours available.
• Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to resident's daily care.
• Communicate changes in condition and care with residents and families.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to support resident health plans.
• Support, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to nursing assistants.
