Lorien Harmony Hall in Columbia, Maryland, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses who are dedicated to resident-centered care in an assisted living setting.

We offer Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN schedules (days/evenings/nights) with competitive pay ranging from $31.00 to $44.00 per hour and Same Day Pay, plus a robust benefits package including PTO, personal days, holidays, Health Insurance, tuition assistance, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN hours available.
• Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate residents' daily care with dignity and respect.
• Communicate changes in health status to residents, families, and the care team.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and healthcare professionals to support wellness and care plans.
• Mentor and support nursing assistants and caregiving staff.
• Monitor residents' well-being and respond to changes in condition.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families and deliver excellent customer service.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on quality of life.
