Job summary

Good Samaritan, a not-for-profit organization, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care in a senior housing setting. You will apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care while coordinating with families and the care team.

The position requires an RN license in the state and a nursing degree; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred. You may rotate roles, ensuring safe, high-quality care across shifts at Pipestone and Luverne locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice is occurring.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education across shifts.
• Possibly serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff within scope.
