Job summary
Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care to residents at our Pipestone facility. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all stages of health, prevention and treatment.
As a potential charge nurse, you may delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel to ensure safe, reliable care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Current unencumbered RN license with state board or NLC multistate licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
- Coordinate care, resident education and various nursing interventions across settings.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
