American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time day shift (6am-6pm) in Ohio. The role focuses on patient care, collaboration with healthcare teams, and ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of nursing practice.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with at least one year of RN experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
