Atrium Health's Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float Pool. This full-time dayshift role offers 36 hours per week and a pay range of $38.20 to $57.30 per hour, with benefits eligibility.

As an RN, you will deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with a diverse team to optimize outcomes across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with standards, policies and procedures.
