Job summary
Harris Hill Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Quality Award Winning facility in Concord, NH. We offer full-time and part-time positions for Day and Evening shifts, with per diem for Evening shifts.
A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time staff. Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
- English proficiency for clinical documentation and care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision of Nurse Supervisor or Unit Manager.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and support LPNs and CNAs as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in PCC EHR.
