Qualifications

• Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
• Previous clinical experience in a medical office or outpatient setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems EPIC.
• Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a team-oriented attitude.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties including vital signs, phlebotomy, injections, and EKGs.
• Assist physicians and providers during patient examinations and procedures.
• Document accurate patient information and medical histories in the EHR system.
• Prepare and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Administer medications and vaccines per provider orders.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions as directed by providers.
