Job summary

Lori’s Gifts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to provide warm, attentive service to patients, families and staff at hospital locations. You’ll help keep the sales floor organized and stocked, and operate the POS system for transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
• Uphold company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
