Job summary

Lori’s Gifts is looking for a Sales Associate to join our compassionate team serving patients, families, and healthcare workers with empathy and integrity. You will provide warm customer service, maintain a tidy sales floor, and execute POS transactions according to merchandising guidelines.

Open and close shifts as scheduled, comply with safety procedures, and contribute to a welcoming store environment that reflects our values of kindness and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
• Uphold company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
