Job summary

Lori’s Gifts is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, supporting hospital communities with kindness and service. You will deliver warm customer service, maintain a tidy sales floor, and operate the POS system for transactions.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and can lift up to 30 lbs while standing for long periods. We offer a friendly, inclusive workplace and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with applicable labor law permits for minors.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred; volunteer experience considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
