Job summary

Lori’s Gifts is seeking a Sales Associate to provide warm, attentive customer service and keep a well‑stocked, organized sales floor. You will handle POS transactions, follow promotions, and assist with open/close duties in a busy retail environment.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on regular attendance. The team values kindness, integrity, and community service throughout our hospital partner locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
• Uphold company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
