Lori’s Gifts in Illinois is seeking a Sales Associate to join a compassionate team serving patients, families, and healthcare workers with warmth and integrity. You will deliver exceptional customer service, keep the sales floor organized, operate the POS, and follow merchandising guidelines.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on reliable attendance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
• Uphold company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
