Qualifications

• Must possess physical and mental ability to perform essential functions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.
• CPR/First Aid certification as required by program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clients’ Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide hands-on assistance with client transfers and safe ambulation.
• Assist client with grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.

Skills

Ability to perform essential functions

Basic math, reading, and writing skills

Independence in work with minimal supervision

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Effective communication skills

Education

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
