Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or similar field.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate client needs.
• Willingness to provide emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide mobility assistance including walking and transferring.
• Help with toileting and incontinence care.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Follow care plan and communicate with supervisors.
