The SR Companies in Myrtle Beach is seeking a dedicated housekeeping/laundry associate. Under supervision you will maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, families and staff by following the cleaning schedule, performing dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of common areas, and deep cleaning resident rooms as needed.

You will sanitize bathrooms, clean carpets, assist with dining service, respond to requests with empathy, and communicate clearly with residents.

Formación

• Language Ability: read/understand simple instructions, short correspondence, memos; write simple correspondence; present information to individuals or small groups.
• Reasoning Ability: apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems with a few variables.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the established cleaning schedule; dust, vacuum, sweep and mop common areas.
• Deep clean resident rooms as scheduled and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean administrative offices and carpets as requested; maintain a safe, orderly environment.
• Assist residents, families, visitors with requests; respond promptly and courteously.
