ColumbiaCare Services in Coos Bay, Oregon is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to provide compassionate companionship and assist clients with daily living activities. The role is based at the Coos Crisis Resolution Center, offering hands-on support to enhance residents’ independence and wellbeing.

Under RN supervision, you will pass medications, help with meals, transport clients, and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Dedication to residents’ wellbeing and helping with ADLs/IADLs.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing.
• Pass medications under RN guidance and perform delegated medical care as prescribed.
• Transport clients to engage in treatment services and document services per productivity standards.
