Home Again Assisted Living Inc. is seeking a Resident Transportation Specialist in Wisconsin who will safely transport Residents to medical appointments and assist them in and out of vehicles. The role emphasizes dignity, patience, and compassionate care during every trip.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. The position involves interacting with Residents and maintaining confidentiality while providing professional, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Sincere desire to work with the elderly and physically disabled population.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist Residents safely in and out of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting Residents to and from medical appointments.
• Assisting Residents in and out of the vehicle or community bus.
• Escorting Residents into buildings and ensuring they arrive at the correct office.
• Assisting with appointment check-in when necessary.
• Following all safety policies and traffic regulations.
• Maintaining confidentiality of Resident and community information.
• Demonstrating professionalism, tact, and sensitivity at all times.
