Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ferdinand, Indiana, seeks a Transportation Associate to manage resident transportation, drive community vehicles, and assist residents with appointments and errands. You help residents maintain independence while following safety standards.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain mileage logs, and report incidents while supporting staff with timely and courteous service in a caring long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and unencumbered driver’s license.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search.
• Must possess and maintain required certifications for transporting residents safely per state regulations.
• Minimum age requirement of 25 due to insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicles to transport residents, staff, and run errands following safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain vehicles per scheduled maintenance and Trilogy policies to keep them in excellent working condition.
• Track and report mileage logs; immediately report incidents, accidents, or malfunctions to your supervisor.
