Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid and unencumbered driver's license required; ability to pass MV record searches.
• Must possess and maintain appropriate certifications for transporting residents safely in compliance with state regulations.
• Minimum age 25 due to insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicles, transporting residents and staff and running errands with safety-first mindset.
• Maintain vehicles per schedule and Trilogy policies to ensure reliable operation.
• Track mileage and report incidents or malfunctions immediately to supervisor.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with supervisor to meet residents' appointments and needs.
• Assist residents with appointments by accompanying them to visits and staying with them until they return to campus.
