Trilogy Health Services in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Transportation Associate to manage transportation operations, drive community vehicles, and assist residents with appointments and errands.

You will support residents' independence through safe driving, careful scheduling, and clear communication with campus staff, while adhering to all regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license and pass MVR.
• Must have certifications required for transporting residents safely per state regulations.
• Minimum age 25 due to insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicles to transport residents, staff, and run errands while following safety standards.
• Maintain vehicles per schedule and Trilogy policies to keep them in good condition.
• Track mileage and report incidents or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with supervisor to meet residents' appointments.
• Assist residents with appointments, accompanying to doctor visits and staying with them until return to campus.
