Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking a Transportation Associate to manage transportation operations, drive community vehicles, and assist residents with appointments and errands. You will play a pivotal role in supporting residents' independence and safety while coordinating schedules with supervisors.

You'll maintain vehicles, document mileage, and ensure compliance with state regulations. The position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support wellness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid and unencumbered driver's license required.
• Must possess certifications required for transporting residents safely per state regulations.
• Minimum age 25 due to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive community vehicles while transporting residents and staff safely.
• Maintain vehicles per schedule and Trilogy’s policies.
• Track mileage and report incidents to your supervisor.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with your supervisor to meet residents’ appointments.
• Accompany residents to doctor visits and stay with them until they return to campus, ensuring comfort and safety.
