Job summary

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable Resident Transportation Driver to safely transport residents to medical appointments and other approved destinations. The role requires providing compassionate assistance to elderly residents and maintaining accurate transportation records.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, on-site at 184 Bethlehem Pike, Philadelphia, PA 19118.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Previous driving experience preferred; healthcare or senior care experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely assist elderly and mobility-impaired residents.
• Dependable, professional, and patient with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the facility vehicle as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain transportation schedules and required documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and healthcare providers.
