Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management, located in Alamogordo, NM, seeks compassionate staff to coordinate and provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, under supervision of licensed personnel. CNA certification is preferred but not required. Full-time position with walk-in interviews welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Valid Driver's Licensure for state in which you are applying.
• Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program preferred but not necessary.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes transportation of residents to appointments based on priority of needs.
• Transports residents to and from inpatient and outpatient programs and to and from facilities and residences.
• Develops driving schedule based on residents' medical appointments and destination needs.
• Reports changes in resident status during transportation to clinical staff.
• Maintains safety and vehicle cleanliness; logs mileage and routine maintenance.
