Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our dining team. You will foster a clean, welcoming dining environment and help provide personalized service to residents, contributing to a remarkable living experience.

The role emphasizes friendly and efficient food service, with opportunities to impact residents’ daily lives in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Must follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations for food service.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages promptly.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Primarily a standing position for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing in appearance.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Handles requests from residents who require assistance with meal selection or have specific needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.

• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
