Job summary

Covenant Living seeks a Dining Services Aide to provide courteous service to residents and guests in the Healthcare Center dining areas. You will perform tray-line prep, take meal orders, and maintain sanitation standards.

The role requires dining experience, healthcare setting exposure, and the ability to communicate effectively. Employment includes benefits and a team-focused environment serving seniors.

Qualifications

• Relevant dining experience.
• One year experience working in a Healthcare setting.
• Ability to demonstrate reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills.
• Understanding of sanitation, foodborne illness and HACCP protocols.
• Knowledge of dining room procedures and etiquette; residents rights.
• Willingness to work with and interact with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Wait on assigned tables.
• Take Resident meal orders.
• Set up and bus tables.
• Pre-service setup of tray-line.
• Assembling meals on tray-line.
• Ensure all shift duties are completed before end of shift.
