Covenant Living is seeking a Dining Services Associate to support the dining department for residents, providing courteous service, basic food prep, and meal delivery. The role requires adaptability to various dining and hospitality tasks and is accountable to the Director of Dining.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate interaction with senior residents, with opportunities to flex between duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• ServSafe training is beneficial.
• Expected about 1 year of food service experience including serving, cleaning and basic prep.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, serving, and bussing tables.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety practices.
• Open/close kitchen and dining areas as needed.
• Wash and store dishes and maintain a clean workspace.
