Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking dedicated staff for a Part-time Resident Assistant/Caregiver role. You will support residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and social engagement, ensuring comfort and dignity.

Successful candidates bring compassion, empathy, and prior care experience. Evening and weekend availability may be required, and the team emphasizes a supportive, family-like atmosphere with ongoing evaluations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy are required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily care of residents: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
