Qualifications

• Required: Compassion and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily care of residents including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping and meals.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicating urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
