Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) to provide direct, person-centered care to residents in Westover, Ohio. You will assist with daily activities supporting physical, emotional, and social well-being, promoting dignity and belonging in every interaction.

Schedules include Full Time (36 hours/week, every third weekend) with a $1000 Sign On Bonus and Part Time (24 hours/week, every third weekend) with a $500 Sign On Bonus.

Qualifications

• Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Assist with personal care and offer companionship to residents.
