• Support residents' care including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, feeding, and restorative nursing procedures.
• Assist with transfers, admits, and discharges; report changes to the charge nurse.
• Take vital signs and weights as directed and document in EMR.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' beds, rooms, and shared spaces; ensure safety and infection control.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents and families professionally.
• Follow facility policies and participate in meetings and training as scheduled.
