Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Nurse's Assistant certificate in Illinois.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with staff and patients.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in providing resident care and daily living activities.
• Perform bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and hygiene tasks.
• Take vital signs and record observations in EMR as directed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas.
• Report changes in residents' condition to charge nurse promptly.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety policies.
