Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab in Joliet, IL is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to assist nurses in delivering daily resident care, supporting comfort, safety, and well-being in a busy care environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and restorative activities, turning patients every two hours, recording vital signs, weights, and intake/output, and reporting changes to the charge nurse.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a CNA in Illinois.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to work harmoniously with staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, feeding, and restorative nursing.
• Turn bedridden residents every two hours as needed.
• Check in new residents and assist in transfers.
• Report changes to the charge nurse and document in EMR.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection control practices.
• Attend meetings and complete shift reports.

Formation

Certified Nurse's Assistant certificate (Illinois)

High school diploma preferred
