Job summary

Benedictine Living in Winona, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain their living environment, and build meaningful relationships. You will complete and maintain medication administration training, operate lift equipment as required, and demonstrate strong English communication while prioritizing tasks independently.

0.2 FTE (16 hours per two weeks) with a pay range of $19.15–$20.90 per hour and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills; read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
