You will document care, communicate with nurses, and participate in shift handoffs, in-service training, and team meetings to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak basic English sentences.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and care plans.
• Ability to work with residents, families, and staff with patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per service plan and nurse instructions.
• Assist with meals, activities, and movement between areas.
• Respond to pendant alarms and emergencies promptly.
• Document care and report changes to nurses and supervisor.
• Maintain neat, safe, and orderly living and care areas.
