The role emphasizes ongoing learning through seminars and meetings, with opportunities for advancement and growth in a supportive team environment. Prior Assisted Living experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee safety of residents and team members.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner reflecting values of love, compassion, and dignity.
• Participates in learning and development opportunities through seminars, staff meetings, and other trainings.
