Job summary

Prestige Senior Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide direct resident care in a senior living community in Washington. The role supports residents with daily activities, meals, mobility, and safety, while upholding core values of respect and trust.

Responsibilities include observing health changes, assisting with ADLs, documenting observations, and participating in trainings. Certification in First Aid/CPR is required; a Food Handler permit may be needed by state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one or more years of personal care experience with older adults preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR certification. Food Handlers permit if required by State.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care while promoting resident dignity, independence and choice; observes residents' physical and mental conditions and reports changes.
• Assists with or performs ADL’s, takes vital signs and weights and documents care services and observations.
• Greets residents, visitors and staff and answers phones when assigned.
• Serves meals in the dining room and assists with dining room and kitchen clean up and maintenance.
• Attends training, in-services, and staff meetings.
