Job summary

Prestige Senior Living in Redmond is seeking a Care Partner to provide direct resident care as a universal worker, assisting with daily activities and medication management.

You will follow established care plans, cooperate with the team to maintain a safe, respectful environment, and participate in training and resident programs, prioritizing residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold state-required certification and complete delegation/training requirements, including ADL competency demonstration.
• Must have word processing skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Food Handler permit if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care while promoting dignity, independence, and personal choice.
• Assists with delegated tasks and medication management.
• Coordinates personal care services with coworkers and responds promptly to assistance requests.
• Documents changes in condition, incidents, and accidents per policy; completes notifications and forms.
• Performs First Aid and initiates emergency procedures as required.
• Supports dining services and assists residents with meals and related setups.
• Assists residents with apartment upkeep and housekeeping tasks.
• Ensures safety and infection control practices and reports unsafe conditions.
