Job summary

Fairmount Homes Inc. is seeking a Resident Assistant - Level 1 for Personal Care / Assisted Living on a PRN basis. Pay ranges from $21.15 to $22.85 per hour with additional differential benefits for evenings, nights, and weekends.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and maintaining residents' dignity and independence. Candidates will assist with activities of daily living, dining room support, and documentation while following HIPAA guidelines and facility policies.
